MDDS Final Rule Published - February 15, 2011
On Tuesday, Febrary 15, 2011, the long-awaited Medical Device Data System Final Rule will be published in the Federal Register. This is a significant piece of legislation for some manufacturers - but not so much for others.
In any event, I was able to get this advanced copy today. FDA actually did a fairly respectable job in refining this Final Rule.
