I've been a little paranoid ever since some Bulgarian spies assassinated a guy by poisoning him by injecting some heavy metal with the tip of an umbrella on a crowded busy street. This kind of reading makes me believe EVERY major country has an outfit like the one in the TV series Nikita.

This kind of stuff makes Q in the James Bond movies really outdated.
