Look! TPM Award Criteria

I am looking for info in respect with Criteria for TPM award.
Just to have an ideea about what I have to do more with TPM implementation and not to participate.

I know that each year, JIPM offers TPM Awards to plants for exemplary TPM achievements. The TPM Awards Committee, consisting of the professors and JIPM experts, selects Award winners on the basis of the Preliminary Assessment, Document Assessment and the Final (On-site) Assessment.
