UGRs concept - I've mentioned his work before because I find it useful.
Clive is an industrial psychologist and consultant who consults to large mining companies including BHP, Woodside and Rio Tinto. While his specialty is safety, his findings are applicable to any field and is soundly based on the latest research. I do like people who use & apply research!
