Please Help! Material Review Board for non-production related items

I not sure if this is the correct section for this question, but I could not find a good category for it.
I was asked to initiate a committee similar to a Material Review Board for the purpose of determining dispositions for nonproduction related items. Items like the parts purchased for R&D projects that never happen or obsolete components that can’t be returned to the supplier. Basically, it will be the catch all for items that do not fall into our nonconforming materials and service areas.
I am looking for advice regarding the committee’s name. I hesitate to call it an MRB since we are an ISO compliant medical device manufacturer. I want to avoid confusion. Can anyone think of a better title?

That's a tough one.... I like the Materials comment, that's a good one. It's almost like an inventory reconciliation.... hmm, that's about all I got. Good Luck!

How about DOLT committee, where "DOLT" = Disposing of Leftover Things?
