Process Self Assessments Survey

Hello you all quality gurus.

I was wondering if anyone knows some kind of survey in regards of process analisys. Like the Baldrige-Based Self-Assessments or other, so i can use it in my organization.

Love to help but not sure what you are asking. Do you mean a Gap Analysis tool so you can determine the status of your quality system in relation to ISO 9001:2000 ?

like a guideline to analize and restructure the process off the organization.
APQC Process Classification Scheme, or the same gap analisys that you said above.

If you have a copy of Q9004-2000 refer to annex A, which is a 'Guide for self-assessment'. This might help you develop one.

Of course if you are looking outside of ISO, you can always use Kaizen and Quality Control Process Charting (QCPC).
