We've implemented the 5Ss in several areas within our facility.
We are thinking of starting unannounced periodic audits to sustain the effort.
Does anyone use an audit/reward system? Can you send me some details.

We audit twice a year.
The prise of the 3 winnners will be about $100-200 totally.
You may increase the number of the winner and the amount of the prise.
We perform the 5S Audit as follows:
-By 5S Team, twice per year, scheduled
-On Production Managers request
-By each operator on his workplace
We don’t reward the Audit results, but we are rewarding 5S suggestions came on the Audit basis.
Rewarding consists in:
-Top 5 suggestions, with proposers pictures on the on floor main board
-Quarterly suggestions on the Suggestion Panel –on floor
-Small gifts
-Special criteria in Monthly Bonus (up to 30%)
-5S suggestion requiring execution projects and with complexity, we are introducing that proposal in the Technical Suggestion Program, with maximum rate of 400$.
-Best suggestions are rewarded, based on Result/Cost ration with EXCELENCY reward, maximum 1000$.
