Question ISO 9002 Section 4.7 - Heat Treatment - Supplies and related services

1. MY CLIENT RECEIVES AUTOMOBILE COMPONENTS / MACHINE PARTS FOR HEAT TREATMENT.
IS THE ISO CLAUSE 4.19 APPLICABLE?
2. IN THE SAME WAY IS THE CLAUSE 4.7 APPLICABLE?
IF NOT, WHAT CLUASES ARE SPECIFICALLY APPLICABLE?
WILL SOMEONE HELP?
THANKS

Section 4.19 would be applicable if “servicing is a specified requirement.”

Section 4.7 is most probably applicable, if the heat treatment is considered “supplies or related activities.”

As for what clauses are specifically applicable see 4.2.2. “The range and detail of the procedures…”

Regards,
Don
