According to the info in Post 1, it was run out of UW-Stout. this school recently won a Baldrige. Why not write the lady who got the Baldrige and ask if she knows anything?

NICE forum! I'm impressed! Considering the recent 'spat' here over staying on topic and being professional, that forum is a good example. I always liked that listserve. And now as a forum, it's searchable and will be an asset.
But - I tried to register and got a php error.

EDIT ADD: It activates at registration.
