I have attached the draft of a doc control procedure I made. Not an ISO 9001 user myself but happy to hear comments based on said IS.

It looks like a good draft, but I suggest:

1) In responsibilities, add specifics to "controlled" perhaps by directing back to Policy section unless you want to write it out.

2) Check spelling and paragraph numbering.

good, but i have some questions,such as
1.managing for outside documents
2.format of documents including the size and color of characters and so on
3.the process of documents approvals and responsibilities
4.did the records of release, recover need to maintain?

Hello Dear,
you need to emphasize on how to control your documents, and add more definitions like who is the process owner?? can it be everyone in the department? what is an obsolete document? most importantly what is the purpose of this drafted procedure must be mentioned though. good luck
