REASON
Terumo CVS has received reports of 27 instances in which the 6 inch Roller Pump jammed during cardioplegia delivery.

I am getting a feeling that the Corporations do not put up the Recall notices on their company website. In earlier case, MOOG do not have the Press Release on their website till date

I wonder why.
I thought that in cases where the recall is obviously a safety measure, and involves lay users, it would be in the company's interest to let the public know in any effective way they can.
In my opinion an announcement such as that in the company's website would not taint their reputation, but on the contrary - present them as being responsible and actually caring for the public's good.
