Welcome to the Cove!

I am afraid I do not understand your question. Can you please present a question in more specific terms?

Re: Establishing a QMS - What Daily/Weekly/Monthly activities in Auto Industry

Hello,

Before identifying what you need to do daily, weekly, monthly or annualy. You need to find out the exact scope of QMS for your organization and present to the management how it may be achieved (an initial gap analysis may be required). This will give you a chance to identify all resource requirements and also the management support.

If you don't get direct team members, try getting representative from every function so that they work as QMS representatives in their respective area. This way you may have un accounted resources and also lesser people to interact with.

This initial step should tell you already your priorities and how should you monitor them - daily, weekly, monthly or annualy. Best of luck.
Thanks to amit_rd for your informative Post and/or Attachment!

Agree with all other Covers. You could start as a first stage to fix the gaps vs the ISO standard that you have found with your gap assessment, based upon the outcomes you have written.
needed a project mgmt approach, multidisciplinary approach and above all top management sponsorship.
You should work at each level to renew the quality culture, starting from the little things and celebrate success. Then , step by step, put n place a quality program, including training, internal audit, quality tools understanding and usage and montioring progresses.
