Please Help! APQP Benchmarking Exercise - Help Wanted

Can any of you help folk in the UK help with a benchmarking exercise?

We are a “design responsible” manufacturer of fasteners to the automotive industry, and we have used the QS APQP system for years. Currently we are reviewing / revamping our New Product Realisation / APQP process.

Unfortunately its the same people looking at the same process and were not seeing any breakthroughs in thinking.

Have any of you got a "fast, easily managed" APQP process (suitable for TS16949) that we could benchmark against?

You help would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I know it's technically 'too late' to help, but... Any thoughts, anyone?
