Question 7.3 Design and Development

Hello,

Our Quality Engineer told me a week ago to create documentation and forms for the Design and Development.

I am new at this thing and have no experience whatsoever.
Could someone please help me out.

I am also new at this company, and I am the only "Design Engineer". I have asked my co-workers about documentation and/or forms that the previous design engineer used, but it seems that they did not have one.

Are there any sample forms and documents out there that I could use as reference? Books?

Our company supplies molded plastic parts to GM.

Thank you.

Roark

Did your quality engineer identify a risk to the design process that necessitated these documents ?

I believe that this is a requirement to get certified for
ISO9001?
