Question HACCP - What are the major changes DS 3027:2002 vs. DS 3027:1997 (Danish)

What are the mayor changes in HACCP standard (Danish) DS 3027:2002 from previous version DS 3027:1997?
(Sorry for posting non ISO9000 question here, but i looked through and found this forum most up to subject)

Hi MD

I Have no idea of the answer to your question, but the Danish Standards organisation (Dansk Standard at http://www.ds.dk/ ) should know the answer.

Also, these links (US not Danish) may lead you to the information you need.

http://www.fda.gov/
US Food and Drug Administration (FDA): they administer HACCP

http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~lrd/haccp.html
FDA Center for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition

Good luck
