Has anyone got a comprehensive fishbone diagram for electronics assembly ?
Surely , to produce a comprehensive fishbone would require a comprehensive knowledge of your particular electronics assembly situation - e.g. manual vs automated soldering stations, ESD precautions required etc.
I would tend to use a fishbone diagram to draw out possible failure causes from a particular problem effect rather than trying to list out every possible scenario.
Yet had I asked for a sample procedure on corrective action I would have been inundated.
Makes you think doesnt it ?
Think what? Everyone has to have a CA procedure in place. But of all Cove members, probably only a relatively small percentage are in electronics assembly. Fewer still of those folks probably use fishbone diagrams. Further, I think this is not something that is generic -- how can a "comprehensive" diagram for assembling a simple $5 electronic toy be applicable to someone assembling a $1M avionics package?
Unless you were just trying to prove a point, I think you'd get more replies if you were more specific in your wants. JMO.
