T. & E. Supplement

Reliability & Maintainability Clause 4.20 etc. What is the easiest way for analysis. We are Mold-Makers & Plastic Injection Molding Producers.We use X-Bar & R and P-Charts on all jobs along with initial capability studies.

I'm not the statistical person - I think Don is - but it sounds like what you're doing will be OK. They may ask you to explain your rationalization.

As long as you can show that the particular charts are applicable to the operation, you should be fine. Be ready to explain your intent in meeting the requirements, and show that the particular statistical technique is applicable.
