Let Me Help You Simple PPAP / APQP Step-by-Step Process

I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas as to a "checklist" or a step-by-step process to follow (in a simplistic fashion) when conducting APQP and PPAP activities.

Basically, I would like to construct a basic, step-by-step generic list of what is necessary, at a minimum, to satisfy the intent of QS9000.

Also, any information on PFMEA's would be helpful.

See The APQP Process

Have you checked out the APQP pdf files? There are a number of 'idea' files in the pdf_files directory such as the Free Files Directory - Look for AQP_Matr.pdf and APQP_Q.pdf .

You're responding to a 10-year old post. I do not know if the original poster is still around.
