Where do I get CFG-1003 (Dimensional Results)?
Preferably as .doc or .xls file

It's on page 22 of the PPAP manual. Take 5 minutes and you can put it in excel yourself. There are less than 20 cells to input. The rest is just putting in cell lines. Like I say - 5, maybe 10, minutes at most. Good luck!
BTW, I would use a spreadsheet or a database - not a word processor.

V15 but it is now in fact redundant as the new forms have to be added. The forms are all here now The latest forms are in this thread AIAG PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Manual Fourth Edition - 4th Edition PPAP Electronic Documents

Soooooooooooo... is it too much to expect that there will be a partcertall file with all of the appropriate updates to the 4th edition?
