I did a search on the spec and found a reference to it in the capabilities listing of a testing lab. It is aapparently a Flammability spec. If you don't want to ask your customer, call the lab. I've attached the information.

Does anyone have experience dealing with this lab? Any other recommendations for flammability testing? I need to have some small parts tested to Honda's HES-C206 ASAP. Thanks for any advice!

Hello,
I cannot with great certainty say that this spec is current or not.
However, these sorts of tests linger for years if not decades without adjustment, so odds are this test is current. It is the one that my
company is using I know that for sure.
