ISO9001 translated into Plain English. Useful for all professionals. Lenka as a student could find it even more useful.

Dear Govind

Can you please elaborate further so that I can explain you clearly.

Generally the new standard is less prescriptive and you require only six procedures. There are exclusions possible, but clause 7.0 can be applied for exclusions.
