Please Help! Training Video/ video clips for PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act)

hi folks,
i'm pulling together some information to run a PDCA training workshop for supervisors / exec / managers.......
would love to include some video clips on PDCA related. i prefer those clips from movies, to break the monotonuous of training and to add the 'fun' elements in it.

can anyone pls share with me any movies where i can use for the training ?

thanks

The Red Road

YKT,

There is a link to the 'Red Road' on this site somewhere but I cannot locate it. I do have my own link to it:

Deming's Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) Cycle Visual Animation then Click on the 'Deming PDCA' it is an excellent macromedia flash graphic.

I have also uploaded my old PDCA Slide show. I am updating it and including a lot more refernces to Continuous Improvement. It is currently on the backburner though as I have some higher priorities. I'd love to see your presentation when you are finished.

The Hat PDCA Wheel

I always wonder why the Deming ( or Shewart ) wheel is always turning in the wrong direction !! ( P, then A, then C then D , if you look with a mechanic point of view )

Best regards

Er... PACD? Yeah, maybe it's better to just watch the wheel itself...
