The author did get into fundamentals of Quality Management, started with a good note, identified (“What”) the ingredients that create constancy of purpose, yet I feel the article could have been continued further as to “how” these components can be put in place to reach the desired result. Could potentially add; Lessons from experience, pros and cons, Challenges and obstacles, systematic approach to reaching the result.

Since this is a good topic, started very well,May I request the author to continue with this article as a sequel and submit for the June?
