Default Lean Management Systems - Part 2

Hello, friends:

Hope everyone had a nice July 4th. It was hot and steamy in Atlanta. I've attached an article entitled "Lean Management Systems - Part 2." It is an unpublished follow-up to an article I had in Quality Digest last October. The present article addresses lean approaches for dealing with planning and forecasting, capturing sales information, and gathering customer feedback. No brain surgery, just practical stuff that people forget.

I wasn't planning to send an article this month, but it seemed like we needed another submission. Please send your own articles!

Craig

Excellent article Craig, I especially liked the way you presented examples of what could be done and how to go about it. I would like very much to read part 1 is there any way to view it? Good Job!
