Jaco,

Your MAP of the Quality Management System Processes looks nice and clear. You reference the Standard's Paragraphs / Clauses throughout, but do you reflect your processes? You indicate a Process Control process within the Product Realization Process and it has some influence with Order Material, Production Plan, Production, and Storage. Does that reflect the interaction of your processes? Could very well be - I do not know your system. If it does, then I do not know how to improve it. I will look forward with you to see what fellow Covers will suggest.

Doug

Thanks for your comment, Douglas E. Purdy,

It should be taken account!

Hopefully, I would work out the more presentable map.

Default Your Process Map

It is several weeks later, so I am not certain you will read this, but anyway...
Your process map is very straightforward and will suffice so long as it represents those 'core' processes which impact quality and ultimately, the customer. Is product development within the scope of your quality system? If so, you would want to include that within your process map. As an opportunity for improvement, I might include include the monitoring/measurement of processes as inputs to management review. Take care,

Dan M.

Thanks for kindly reply, in fact we have got same comment from our CB to include the monitoring/measurement of process as management review input. And the CB also wanna see more items in process map.....
For product developement, we excluded it from our QMS.
In fact, satisfy both CB and top manager was not easy for me.
