Please Help! Open Rating Lean Assessment for Customer - Have any of you done one of these?

Hello, I just received an email, from our largest customer, telling me I must
participate in an Open Rating Lean Assessment. They sent an internet address and a user name and password. They also sent a sheet telling me of the 47 different sections of this Assessment. Have any of you done one of these and if so can you please shed some light on this for me. I have never heard of this or participated in one. I thank anyone for help.

Default Lean Assestment

My apoligies to anyone I may have offended with this thread. I have done massive research ( should have done this to begin with ) and found that a lean assestment is a question survey about what you are doing in terms of manufacturing and ISO. I have not venture into the assestment let but of what I have seen off of the internet searches it looks like it it just a survey so the customer can see where you you are at, in your iso standards and if your production has the capibilities of producing a quality product. I will be happy to answer any questions on this one after I have completed the assestment survey. I again thank everyone who has help me in the past and may help me in the future.

Default Lean Assessment

There are many questionnaires available to assess the implementation of Lean in your company. Some questionnaire related to vendor/supplier/customer specific and some are general in nature. I wanted to know what is your "Open Rating Lean Assessment" .
If your questionnaire is not a proprietary item and if it could be shared for internal assessment purpose, please share on this forum. We also can give you many questionnaires for effectiveness of Lean system but not limited to ISO Systems. However, questionnaires to check ISO 9K or 14K or ISO/TS 16949 compliance is also could be used.
