Please Help! Training Administration Software - EZ tracker training database software?

Fellow Covers,
Some of our Training and IT folks have short-listed EZ tracker training database software.

Any experience from Covers on the above mentioned software? Do you have a recommendation for a better one?
Software should accomodate 600 employee site location, skills, training , retraining, assist meeting ISO9001 training requirements.

Not sure it is better...but we are using www.cebos.com. It is a full blown suite but I think the training module can be purchased separately.

PLEASE NOTE: I have done some consulting work for them, so I am publicly declaring a conflict of interest for this recommendation. Please look and decide for yourself. Marc, please delete this if judged inappropriate.

There are other softwares I have looked at with similar features, would you like a list to help in your search?
