Anova Gage R&R Calculations for 4 Operators

Hello everybody,

I am having some trouble finding the right K constants for a 4 operator gage R&R. I tried searching for these values on google but i didn't find anything convincing.
I need to do a excel sheet with 4 operators 3 repeats each. I successfuly created a 3 operator calculation sheet and compared it with the calculation that minitab made and it looks ok. When i include the 4th operator calculations in minitab are not the same with the ones in excel.
The only problem i can detect is that i don't have any constants for a 4 operators study.
where can i find the tables for k2 constant used in A.V calculation, K1 used in EV calculation. d2 used in deltaEV

For the A-R GRR approach, the constant K2 is equal to K3, that is, four-operator has same constant as four-part. K1 will stay the same for one more operator as long as the part's amount is not reduced.
