Could someone provide me an explanation for the following scenario:
If there is an existing trading company with an import and export license[IEC] granted based on their wholesale license and then the company has decided to enter the manufacturing of medical devices industry after few years ,do they need to apply MD-14 again for importing medical devices to sell them under their name? or is there a way where we can update the existing import license by replacing the wholesale license with a manufacturing license. How does this work?
