I am trying to to put a Emergency preparedness & response for ISO14001 ref 8.2
We are a furniture import wholesaler, so we have minimal environmental impact.

Does anyone from a similar industry have their response?

Most likely your biggest impact would be from fire, but don't just think in terms of people getting out (that's a safety thing), think in terms of what the environmental impact of fire could be. You can't stop what would go up into the air, but you possibly can control what goes onto the ground and the mitigation of the aftereffects (cleaning up the mess afterwards)
