Isolation requirement for USB connection

Hi All,
I'm developing a wearable medical device which is internally powered and Type BF applied part.
However it needs to be docked in a charger which is shown in the attached image.
Query-USB.jpg
The Patient never comes in contact with the charger.
Only the operator comes in contact with the charger which contains USB connector to hospital PC.
Operator may download data from the device while its charging from the dock.

Question;
Even though USB is 5V dc,
  1. Do USB power lines need to be isolated by 2MOPP or 2MOOP in the charging dock?
  2. Do USB data lines need to be isolated by 2MOPP or 2MOOP in the charging dock?
Best regards,
CM

You may get some inspiration from reading IEC 60601-1-11:2015/AMD1:2020 Subclause 8.5.3, even if it is on how the patient "changes role" to a lay operator, so only MOOP is needed when charging without possible patient connection.
