PCB polymeric parts marking

Hello.

Until now all OEM have been accepting MDSs with PCBs with 100+ grams of polymeric parts (classification 5.*) without problem. But now I got a rejection since PCB suppliers always mark polymeric parts marking question as not applicable but according to EU directive such materials that exceed 100 grams weight should be marked. I know that all the usual parts like PP, ABS, PA, etc components have been marked and also MDS states that parts have been marked. Usually we even mark smaller parts. But I had understanding that PCBs are somewhat exempted from this since noone is really going to recover cured epoxy, it is just going to be burned and melted downt to recover gold, nickel and copper. Any suggestions?
