Split specimen curves

Hello all,

Good afternoon, can you please help me how to create time over the concentration curve for split specimens (the same specimen was spun/centrifuged and unspun/not centrifuged) ? with absolute concentration and % error. I have an excel file trying to attach it

X axis = time in hours
Y Axis = concentration

Greatly appreciate your help.
