Two different questions about ISO/TS 16949

Hi all
I have 2 different questions.
May someone answer them?

1-There is a balloting about ISO/TS 16949:2009 on ISO website. (http://isotc.iso.org/livelink/livelink/open/tc176). Does anyone know the subject of this ballot?

2-How can I provide the number of ISO/TS 16949 certificates issued around the world up to end of 2011? (top 10 countries)

I don't know what is the subject of the ballot, but people in the Industry have heard rumors that the Automotive Sector told the ISO TC 176 that they were not happy with the direction being proposed for the ISO 9001:2015 revision and they could decouple a future version of the TS16949 document from ISO 9001.

2-How can I provide the number of ISO/TS 16949 certificates issued around the world up to end of 2011? (top 10 countries)

Every year, ISO puts together their ISO Survey. The 2011 Survey is not available yet, even though someone at ISO mentioned was going to be available, back in September. The 2010 ISO Survey Principle Findings shows a total of 43946 ISO/TS 16949 certificates, at the end of 2010.
