I would like to get recomendation about the software that
Can we establish a global Commpany ABC CAR/SCAR database in which all CArs and Scars must be submitted for tr9king to closure and for a historical database for reference by all sites by email
Besides that, believed that we should also have the quality alert system (by email) to trigger to all the sites whenever there is any quality excursion arise (sometimes people will not log in to the database that frequent). This will help to alert the respective site and work on the CA/PA accordingly. Example, like the issue happened in Company XXX, which we?re able to have the fast triggering to Company YYY by email alert.
Could you help which software that can use cover the above requemnets for me.
