Can Six Sigma, Ppk, or Cpk statistical methods help benefit process monitoring of portable and stationary oxygen units?

It may sound simple but, I was looking for a
good way to analyze product failure vs product produced.

Process capability (Cpk) will give an indication of what you can expect product failure to be, but remember, it is only an index, not a metric. A better metric may be a simple p chart or a yield report.
