We produce pressure washers, that use small gas engines. All of our units a tested 100%, witch requires a small amount of fuel is added to the units. After testing, we remove the fuel from the tank using a small suction pump. The problem is many of the units are getting out with fuel still in the tank. IP: Logged |

Just a thought from a mechanically challenged person: Could you start the engines and leave them running until they run out of gas, then leave the gas cap off to evaporate the fumes? Works for me every fall. ASD... IP: Logged |

Don't use fuel from the fuel tank. Test while connected to an outside fuel source. Connect tank to carburator after test. IP: Logged |
