This may be an unusual request, but would anyone care to send me a copy of their control plans design or process? I dont care if the confidential information is "sanitized " out of it. I am teaching control plans and I get a lot of requests to see "how other people do it". So if anyone has a control plan they'd like to share, I'd like to see it. Thanks! IP: Logged |

We are still working through this an its not tested itself, but we are using the format straight out of the APQP manual. We created it in excel. I would be happy to send you a copy,just let me know. I have heard others use more than one form. They basically just adapted their existing system which used travelers, procedures and such. I am hoping to benchmark their facility. I will post any details that I find.
