Clarification Please:

As a T&E supplier, should our process FMEAs be on the customer's process or on our build process?

We have been using the process FMEA to address out build processes internally plus installation processes. Is there a set "right" way to do process FMEAs?

Your Process FMEA is used to address your process for making whatever you make. Make sure you redefine the occurences scale if you don't mass produce your items. You can define whatever is appropriate for your business, just document it. Keep in mind your threshold for PFMEA might also need to be adjusted to fit your process.

Good luck,

Dan

Thanks Dan.

I hope your response will convince the engineers, here, what the scope of process fmeas really is.

Thanks again.
