If you're looking for a good quality management software package, try the PROQUIS software. I've been using it for a while now and it's great. It was very reasonably priced too.

We were looking for a system to help us with our audits and document control. I looked around to see what was available and came across PROQUIS. At first I thought it was too cheap to be any good, but I got their demo CD and was amazed at how complete it was. Actually they do all the areas of ISO9001 and QS9000, not just Audits and Documents, so that was a bonus. We eventually bought the complete system - all 9 modules. That gave us complaint handling, non-comformance management, corrective & preventive actions, calibration records, training, FMEA's, and supplier evaluation. We budgeted for what we expected to pay for audits and documents, and got the whole of PROQUIS for the same figure.
Their Web site's worth a look, and you can request more info from there

We did have a few teething problems during the initial setup, but a call to the support line gave us an instant answer. They seem to have human beings to talk to straight away without having to wait for a call back. Compared to the other packages around, I reckon Proquis is superb value.

------Editor's Note------

I can only assume this is an advertising buzz. This fellow posted the exact same message (copy & paste) in 5 different forums. Please consider it with all the caution normally associated with advertisement claims. My personal opinion is STAY AWAY FROM software companies which SPAM forums and news groups like this guy did.
