The forth edition is available. Contact Xerox Business Services (248) 616-3379. Request the Quality & Reliability Manual Order Form. They will fax this to you. You can order any/all the Daimler Chrysler Corporation quality manuals from them. I hope this helps you out. IP: Logged |
