To whom it may concern

MVP/CIMCIS are currently promoting a yield enhancement technology system which we have named IPC (Immediate Process Control) this system uses both automated optical inspection and production monitoring software with a direct real time user interface. The two together monitor both quality and production volumes and immediately highlight any areas which can create a drop in yield, the operator is guided directly to the fault and after he/she has identified him/herself will be directed to the cause of the problem.

The CIMCIS product can be used in many areas of manufacturing i.e. procurement, stores, maintenance, production, quality, and test to name but a few and when linked together offer a real-time capability of control, there are also many areas of prediction including real-time profit monitoring of production. On reading the articles on POKE YOKE I would suggest that our tools are compliant.

Contact me with questions.

Sincerely
