Where can I get a copy of a finished Laboratory scope for in house calibration, that I can use as a sample that will comply to a QS9000 audit. Thanks Billy

Billy, I'm surprised! Write you own. Just use the glossary definition on page 128 of the Third Edition and write away. Just don't go overboard.
Besides, you'll feel much better knowing you wrote it yourself.
