I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas as to a "checklist" or a step-by-step process to follow (in a simplistic fashion) when conducting APQP and PPAP activities.

Basically, I would like to construct a basic, step-by-step generic list of what is necessary, at a minimum, to satisfy the intent of QS9000.

Also, any information on PFMEA's would be helpful.

You can e-mail me at plush@friglph.echlin.com

Have you checked out the APQP pdf files? There are a number of 'idea' files in the pdf_files directory such as /pdf_files/AQP_Matr.pdf and /pdf_files/APQP_Q.pdf .
