I would like to get some input from the forum of some benchmarking issues. If there is enough response I will crunch the data and post the final results. If warranted I will occasionally post updates to the matrix. I would like responses to as many of the items as possible but I do realize there is data that some people will not want to post. The only thing I ask is that you do note your business type. (i.e. machining, forging, etc...) Don't spend too much time compiling data, estimates are acceptable. Here are the topics/questions:
Please feel free to add any additional items that you see fit and I will try to incorporate them into the final matrix. I hope this works and I will be posting data from my current company shortly! ASD... IP: Logged |
