About a year ago Marc asked if anyone was doing the Baldridge dance, with few responses. I thought I'd ask if anyone's doing anything with the 2000 version. I've looked at it, and it seems like a nice thing to quote for pushing quality initiative, but haven't started that yet. Any shared experiences? IP: Logged |

I was recently posted from an operating company to the corporate office in Malaysia. Since 1996, our oraganization has embarked its "Business Excellence" assessment modelled after Baldrige Criteria. Personally I am a certified ISO auditor and has began to research into Baldrige criteria versus ISO 9000:2000. So far, I have read through several ariticales from the web and books on comparing baldrige criteria (1994) and ISO 9000:1994. I am not able to get direct comparion between baldrige criteria (1999) and ISO 9000:2000. One of the approach we take to deploy baldrige criteria with our ISO certified companies is to enhance their ISO quality system towards baldrige criteria.
