And you thought it was safe to ge back in the water.

Two questions

1) Does anyone have any good links for TQM information. "Idiots guide to..." type stuff!

2) How does it fit into WCM(?), can TQM be used individually? Sorry this is a badly worded question but that's as good as it gets right now.
