As a corporate quality professional, I am in charge of establishing a management review process at the corporate level. Would anyone have any recommendations/suggestions on how to do it, considering that alignment with plant level management review must exist? Thank you. IP: Logged |

This is not difficult to accomplish. You set the guidelines (as a minimum - to meet the standard) and each plant representative will report on the measureables as relates to their facility. As long as you have a 'new business' area or some such, any needs (Corp/Plant) can be brought up that don't meet up with your primary format. The Corp Mgmt Rep should issue out minutes from the meeting for both his records as well as for each of the plants needs. IP: Logged |
