I have heard that in December of 2001 that ISO 14000 REGISTRATION will be mandatory for companies seeking ISO 9001 REGISTRATION. this true? IP: Logged |

Naaaaaaaaaa!! Somebody must be smokin' crack. The standards are voluntary (to a point anyway). Some customers or groups may require it of suppliers/affiliates but that's it. A good many of the requirements of 9001 are met when doing 14K but the 2 are seperate and distinct standards. IP: Logged |
