Hello everyone I have few questions on 14001 requirement. 1. Shall the Enivornmental Policy doucment be signed by the top management to show the approval status? 2. Should training materials be treated as controlled documents? 3. Is an auditor allowed to perform audit within his own department? Or he has to be independent from his job. IP: Logged |
